English Rose Suites Caregiver

Why English Rose Suites

Just as residents and families blossom from the heartfelt attention received at English Rose Suites… so too, do our staff. Staff members report that they feel their jobs are more appreciated and recognized at English Rose Suites. They feel more connected and committed to the residents, families and co-workers. You do not sense any “we/they” feelings between caregivers and management, which is so often the case in other environments. You sense a true feeling of “us” among everyone. You become part of the English Rose Suites family.

English Rose Suites has a 1:3 staffing care ratio that is followed 100% of the time. This is considered one of the best ratios of staff to residents for memory care programs in the country. It enables the program to provide a level of engagement and individualized services unsurpassed in the industry.

English Rose Suites believes strongly in investing in our employees.

We are committed to our employees offering an exceptional working environment and top-notch benefits. We offer benefits to full time staff such as a life insurance policy, medical and dental insurance, a generous matched 401K Plan, paid time off, double holiday pay, flexible scheduling, very competitive wages, occasional addition monetary compensation and many more benefits that keep dedication high.

My time at English Rose Suites really showed me the importance of caring for others and I’m proud and excited to continue this passion of mine at the University of Minnesota Medical School. Thank you again for everything!”
