Our Core Values (Relationships, Excellence, Presence) are at the center of everything we do at English Rose. English Rose team members strive to uphold these values every day. Every thirty days, we elect a Caregiver of the Month who exemplifies our core values through the care they provide our residents and home care clients, as well as their support for fellow team members. For September 2021, we are thrilled to honor Emma!

I have a beautiful memory of Emma; I was pulling into the driveway at Braemar Hills, Emma was outside with a resident, and she had brought her ukulele. She was sitting on the ground playing the most beautiful song for her. The smile on the resident’s face is something I will always remember. Although this is just one example, I’m sure we could all come up with many more reasons why Emma comes to mind for all of the core values. Emma is gentle, kindhearted, dependable and is over all an amazing role model for her coworkers.”
