As team leaders who excel at providing resident care, they model caregiver best practice, help train and mentor new caregivers, support our nursing staff, and ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care.

How long have you worked at English Rose?
A little over two years

What do you like most about your job?
Spending time and engaging with my residents. I really enjoy just being with them.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
I have two fun and crazy kids. If I’m not working, I’m spending time with them.

What’s a fun fact about you many people may now know?
I love to shoot pool and go bowling. I’m not especially good or competitive, I just enjoy doing those things with my husband of six years.

Where’s your favorite place in the world?
My bedroom. It’s my space. I have a tv in there. I’m most at peace when I’m in my room. It’s my comfort zone. It’s where I find peace of mind.

What is your moto or personal mantra?
The golden rule. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

Three words to best describe you?
Caring – Passionate – Fun

What is your favorite food?
I love pizza. Just a plain, cheese pizza. I keep it simple.

Which of English Rose’s core values is your favorite and why?

Relationships. Not just with my residents, but with my coworkers too. I love my residents, and when I have good relationships with my co-workers it makes everything so much easier for everyone.
