Job Description:
English Rose is currently seeking an RN to join our team. The RN will be instrumental in ensuring our residents and home care clients well-being through the delivery of exceptional hands-on care. RNs provide support, training and coaching to our caregivers. 32-40 hours per week on-site plus on-call as scheduled – one to two weekends per month.
Qualifications:
- Current MN RN license
- Experience working with residents in a residential setting and/or Home Care preferred
- Experience working with comprehensive licensure preferred
- Dementia knowledge beneficial
- Excellent assessment skills
- Ability to transfer knowledge to caregivers
- Strong team building and coaching skills
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Experience with aging in place philosophy of care
- Experience with end-of-life care
- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
