Training Matters

At English Rose, we can’t expect our caregivers to provide exceptional care unless we provide them what they need to be successful. That’s why every new English Rose caregiver, regardless of prior experience, benefits from 24+ hours of in-person training from our in-house experts.

Support Matters

But it doesn’t stop there. We provide ongoing coaching, peer-to-peer mentorship opportunities, and come together as a whole company twice a year for half-day off-site education and feedback sessions.
